Hi my name is Helen and I live in Guildford. For more than 20 years i've worked as a home help and I find the job really rewarding. I love chatting to my clients about their lives. 

I run a monthly bereavement group in Guildford for anyone who is struggling with their loss, whether it's recent or from long ago. We have coffee, cake and a good chat.

In my spare time I love music, reading and walking, especially by the sea.
